In June 2005, among numbers of local translation companies in Fuzhou of  Fujian province, Hollytech was specially invited by a provincial institution to interprete and translate in its negotiation held in Ningbo of Zhejiang with Sinopec and an international consortium for the purpose of constructing Fujian Oil Refinery Project. It is estimated that the overall investment of Fujian Oil Refinery Project will exceed RMB 10 billion.
