Formal Appraisal on the WB-loaned Fuzhou Project Conducted

On Feb.28, 2005, following the pre-appraisal on WB-loaned Fuzhou project done at the end of 2004, the World Bank dispatched a new mission team to conduct a formal appraisal on the loaned projects, including Fuzhou Nanjiangbin Road, 3rd Ring Road Phase II and Quiqi Bridge. HollyTech sent a superb interpretation group to assist the WB mission team during the appraisal process, and to act as interpreters for the meetings between the mission team and Fuzhou Mayor Lian and Vice Mayor Liang. |
